The Diviners presented by DHS Theatrical

The DHS Theatre Department presents their production of The Diviners.
The show takes place in Zion, Indiana during the Great Depression era. Buddy Layman is a 14-year-old boy faced with trauma from losing his mother in a drowning accident, which left him with a deathly fear of water. The plot is focused on Buddy’s struggle against his aquaphobia and C.C.’s efforts to get him in water before he dies from the ringworm that has made its way into Buddy’s feet.
The Diviners is “chock full” of heartwarming, tear-jerking moments far worth the two hours of your night this week.
Shows are Wednesday the 11th and Thursday the 12th at 7 pm in the Dick Van Dyke Auditorium at Danville High School.
Tickets are $5 and may be purchased at the door.
