Red, White & BBQ presented by VA Illiana Medical Center

| In celebration of Independence Day, VA Illiana is hosting a celebration to honor America and salute the sacrifice of all Veterans. The event, called “Red, White, and BBQ,” will be held at VA Illiana’s Danville VA Medical Center on Friday, June 30, 2023, and will begin with a parade at 10 a.m. Following the parade, food will be available for purchase on-site from House of Brisket Paris food truck.
This year’s parade will feature between 100-150 participants from local and regional car clubs, the Danville Fire Department, the Danville Police Honor Guard, and local businesses. It will also include appearances by local pageant winners. In-patient Veterans will line the route as the parade makes its way through the VA Illiana campus. |
