Fermented on freshly roasted coffee beans from Mad Goat Roastery in Danville, Illinois, we look forward to this beer all year. Aged on roasted hickory logs from our woods, and brewed with chocolate malt and roasted barley, it has big, deep notes of cocoa, black coffee, and toasted wood.

With a cappucino-like nose, this light-colored coffee beer is everything you don’t expect. Fermented on freshly roasted coffee beans from Mad Goat Roastery in Danville, Illinois, we also added our house-made vanilla bean puree and whole, roasted hazelnuts. A delightfully coffee-forward beer with immense flavor, wrapped up in a straw-colored package.
