Danville Labor Day Parade

The City of Danville, East Central Illinois AFL-CIO, and East Central Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council are proud to announce their partnership to ensure the continuation of the Danville Labor Day Parade, a community tradition that has been celebrated for more than 90 years.

The Labor Day Parade will be held on Monday, September 7. Parade lineup will begin at 7:30 a.m., with the parade stepping off promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Parade lineup will be located at the Hope Unlimited Church parking lot and along Walnut Street. The parade route will travel south on Vermilion Street, beginning at Williams Street and ending at the corner of Vermilion and Main Streets.
