Each tells the importance of this location to the people in each story and runs the gamut of emotions. The entire ensemble gathers on the dock together for the final scene. In a poetic epilogue\, they all discover the true meaning of “Our Place.” \nAdmission is free. \n

SUMMARY:48th Viking Invitational Marching Band Contest
DESCRIPTION:Among the nine bands participating are Casey-Westfield\, Champaign Centennial\, Unity\, Lincoln\, Paxton Buckley-Loda\, and St. Joe Ogden.  The host Band of Vikings will perform in exhibition only at about 7:45 p.m. \nClass A bands will perform first\, followed by a break for dinner.  Then the Class 2-A\, 3-A and 4-A bands will perform. \nGates will open between 3pm. First band performs at 4:30pm. \nAdults tickets $10\, and Seniors and K-12 students $7.
