SUMMARY:Summer Tours - Vermilion County 200th Anniversary Celebration
DESCRIPTION:As part of Vermilion County’s 200th Anniversary Celebration the Vermilion County Museum will be conducting guided tours throughout the county during the summer months.  The current schedule includes: \nJune 6 – Oakwood\, Fithian\, Muncie areas \nJune 13 – Westville\, Grape Creek\, Hawbuck\, Belgium areas \nJune 20 – Bismarck\, Rossville\, Alvin areas \nJuly 18 – Sidell\, Indianola areas \nJuly 25 – Hoopeston area (involves walking) \nThe only cost for the tours will be a $10.00 non-refundable registration fee for each tour.  Tours will be on school buses and last approximately 2-3 hours.  This program is an adult level presentation; any children attending must be 12 years or age or older and accompanied by an adult. \nLimited seating\, registration opens on Friday\, March 20\, 2026. \nRegistration fee must be received before your spot is secured. \nCall 217-442-2922 to make your reservation or obtain additional information.
