Enjoy complimentary popcorn\, connect with friends and neighbors\, and be part of this exciting moment in the Fischer’s story.\nWhile you’re here\, take a look inside the Historic Gift Shoppe and see the recent renovations as we prepare to open it to the public as both a box office and gift shop.\nAbout Terry Lake:\nThe Terry Lake Café is named in honor of a man whose impact on the Fischer Theatre and the Danville community cannot be overstated. Terry Lake gave more than 5\,000 hours of his time to the Fischer\, ushering shows\, caring for the café\, and helping restore and clean the building with unmatched dedication and heart.\nBut Terry’s legacy reaches far beyond the theatre. He was a champion for his neighborhood\, a tireless volunteer\, and an advocate for those who needed a voice. He believed deeply in community\, in dignity\, and in leaving places better than he found them.\nNaming the café in his honor is a small way to recognize a life lived in service to others. His spirit will continue to live on in the Fischer and in the community he loved so deeply.\nCome celebrate with us. We’d love to see you there.
