SUMMARY:26th Annual Midwest Classic Show Choir Competition
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for two days full of great entertainment as 20 middle school and high school groups compete at the Danville High School Midwest Classic!\n\nFriday 2/3 will host our competition with middle school groups ~ Begins at 6:30 PM\nSaturday 2/4 will host our competition with high school groups ~ Begins at 8:15 AM\n\nAs hosts of the Midwest Classic\, the Danville show choirs do not compete for the awards.  That said\, each of our groups will be performing!\nFriday will include our very own North Ridge Middle School’s Radiant Reds and Redcoats.\nSaturday our guests will have an opportunity to see the DHS’ Contemporaires\, Delegation and Executives performances.\n\n\nIn addition to fantastic performances from these many talented students\, our attendees can expect a variety of snacks and full meal options in our cafeteria or a quick snack from our concessions area.\n\n\nAdmission for Fri/Sat Weekend:\n$15 Students & Seniors (age 60+)\n$22 Adults \nAdmission for Friday:\n$6 Students & Seniors (age 60+)\n$10 Adults \nAdmissions for Saturday:\n$12 Students & Seniors (age 60+)\n$20 Adults \n

Start your journey at your selected ticket time at The Fischer Theatre\, and spend 30 minutes per venue enjoying each course of your meal. An added flare this year: There will be storytelling by KottrGrimm Theatrical Storytellers at three of the locations with a progressive storyline.\n\n\nStop 1) Start at The Fischer Theatre (158 N. Vermilion) for hors d’oeuvres and wine pairings in the lobby.\nStop 2) Your next stop is Lovin’ Cup Food Truck and Vermilion River Beer Company (103 N. Vermilion). Enjoy a hot sandwich at the food truck and drink of your choice at the bar.\nStop 3) Next\, stop by Obsidian Coffee (137 N. Vermilion Back Door Entrance) for dessert and coffee.\nStop 4) Finish the evening with a nightcap and panko crusted shrimp & more at The Heron (34 N. Vermilion).  Cigars and bourbon available for\n\n\npurchase in the upstairs cigar lounge.  Stay at this location until 10:30 PM and enjoy the live music and incredible atmosphere.
