We’ll have bottles and draft of Mad Coffee Porter available\, as well as these other Mad Coffee offerings that we are VERY excited about:\nMAD COFFEE PORTER (bottles and draft)\n8%\, 40 IBU\nFermented on freshly roasted coffee beans from Mad Goat Roastery in Danville\, Illinois\, we look forward to this beer all year. Aged on roasted hickory logs from our woods\, and brewed with chocolate malt and roasted barley\, it has big\, deep notes of cocoa\, black coffee\, and toasted wood.\nVARIETALS:\n– MAD COFFEE PORTER aged on rum-soaked hickory and toasted cacao nibs\n– 2021 MAD COFFEE PORTER\nMAD BELGIAN BLONDE\n5%\, 20 IBU\nWith a cappucino-like nose\, this light-colored coffee beer is everything you don’t expect. Fermented on freshly roasted coffee beans from Mad Goat Roastery in Danville\, Illinois\, we also added our house-made vanilla bean puree and whole\, roasted hazelnuts.
